Dangerous food combinations..

I thought i shall write some  dangerous food combos, as it might be useful for my readers as they make creative food combination, as there are many food making and chef competitions aging on in different parts of the world in different flavours. Some of them can be lethal as well...
  • eating crabs and persimmons together in the same meal 
  • eating cherries and milk
  • durian and beer (especially alcohol). Alcoho can bring a number of reactions as it has the ability to amplify ...
  • pickles and milk can't be combined together...All pregnant ladies please take care of this tip.It can get really tasty when u think of this combo, but can really cause serious problems..Many people around the world have testified about the serious problems caused with the combo..
  • Do not combine pure fats (butter, cream) with high starches (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, cereal, sweets) at any one meal.
  • Don't combine acids and carbohydrates. Don't take buttermilk, orange juice, lemon juice, grapefruit juice or vinegar at any meal that also includes high starches and sugars.
  •  Do not combine high proteins (meat, fish, eggs or cheese) with high starches (potatoes, cereals, breads, sweets) at the same meal.
  • Avoid eating acidic fruits with sweet fruits.
  •  Do not take pulpy and juicy fruits together
  •  Do not take sugars, sweets with sweet fruits
  •  Do not consume fruits and vegetables together
  •  Do not consume water over cucumber, melon, watermelon, papaya and banana
  •  Milk and curd should not be consumed together
  •  Citric fruits and milk, dairy products should not be taken together
  •  Do not consume cold water as it reduces digestive power
  •  DON’T mix alcohol and energy drinks. I have heard that Vodka should not be mixed with any energy drink. But this combo can cause heart palpitations and breathing difficulties. In severe cases, it could contribute to a heart attack or a stroke. 
  • Overloading the body with stimulants such as caffeine (which is found in many energy drinks) and alcohol, which is a depressant and a diuretic, puts tremendous stress on the central nervous system and heart. I HOPE MY FRIEND WHO IS SO FOND OF COFFEE WILL STOP THAT HABIT..
  • DON’T mix alcohol and diet soda. You might cut calories but you also might get drunk faster. In a recent study, it took just 21 minutes for half a diet cocktail to leave the stomach and reach the small intestine, where most alcohol is absorbed into the bloodstream, while the same amount of a non-diet cocktail took 36 minutes.
  • DON’T mix coffee and breakfast cereal. The problem is that polyphenols, an antioxidant in coffee, can hamper the body’s ability to absorb iron. Black tea and some herbal teas (including peppermint and chamomile), which also contain polyphenols, also may reduce iron absorption - by as much as 94 percent - and hot cocoa cuts it by 71 percent.
I really hope some will find it useful.....I am not sure about the lethal effect of these food combos. But one thing is for certain, it can put you in a bizarre situation... Take care friends...
